Services Included

As part of this agreement, the Customer will receive the following:

1. Annual Cleaning – 1 A/C Unit

• Complete cleaning and inspection of one (1) air conditioning unit per year

• Includes coil cleaning, drain flush, and general system performance check

2. One (1) Standard Service Call

• Includes diagnostic visit and minor adjustments (if applicable)

• Labor or parts needed for repairs will be billed separately

3. Discounted Additional Service Calls

• All additional service calls throughout the agreement year will be billed at a discounted rate of 15% off the standard service fee

4. Material Discount

• Customer will receive a 10% discount on select replacement parts and materials used during the term of this agreement

Agreement Terms

Duration: 12 months from date of enrollment

Renewal: Agreement automatically renews annually unless cancelled

Cancellation: Customer may cancel at any time before renewal date

Exclusions: Major system replacements, repairs due to misuse or negligence, and emergency service fees are not covered under this plan
